      Enable swap in OpenShift

       

      Success Criteria

      1. SWAP is stable in upstream
      2. OpenShift installer able to create new disk at install time for user who want to use swap 
      3. Upstream CAPI supports additional disk 
      4. OpenShift virtualization team confirms swap is working as per their use case
