Users logging into their OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) UI console will quickly locate the OLS chat. Here, they can ask OpenShift-related questions and also have the opportunity to give feedback directly to Red Hat about their chat experience.

When Red Hat receives this feedback, it will be reviewed by a team member. The feedback will include sufficient data to help understand the user's experience and the reasons behind their feedback. This enables Red Hat associates to analyze and determine appropriate actions or improvements in response to the feedback.
