Upon launching the Early Access (EA) phase for our OpenShift Learning Service (OLS), we plan to enroll a select group of customers for this initial phase. Eligibility for participation includes customers who:
- Have an existing Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Red Hat.
- Are committed to providing feedback through the integrated "User-feedback" feature in OLS.
- Agree to participate in a follow-up interview after 30 days of product usage.
Selected customers will receive a link for downloading OLS, along with a comprehensive guide on installation and usage.
Next an Openshift administrator will install an OLS operator in a specified Namespace. This will make the OLS chat visible in the UI console for all users with access to that Namespace.
The administrator will set an OLS Language Learning Model (LLM) provider from options like Azure AI, Open AI, and Watson X.
Once users log in to their OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) UI console, they will easily locate the OLS chat. Within this chat, users can initiate conversations by submitting prompts. The OLS is designed to display responses and support follow-up questions on the same topic within the same chat session, maintaining the context of the conversation.
