This Epic is dedicated to addressing and resolving networking clashes when using the Virt provider for HCP, particularly focusing on the management and integration of Pod/Service/cluster CIDRs and avoiding potential clashes between hosting and hosted CIDRs.

Development: CIDR Clash Prevention Mechanism

• Create and implement a mechanism to prevent CIDR clashes between the hosting and hosted cluster networks.
• Ensure unique and non-overlapping values for '--cluster-cidr'.

Validation and Testing

• Perform testing to ensure no clashes in CIDRs
