      Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)  

      Phase two of OCPSTRAT-73. Adding LiveISO support, which is crucial for supporting net-new driver installation scenarios.

      Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

      Give users the ability to customize first boot ISOs.

      Important note:

      This work technically lands in osbuild in RHEL and is tied to the RHEL release cycle.
