      Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)  

      It's been determined that the dasd and s390 metal4k images are identical and we don't reference it in the documentation of any supported or recently supported version of OCP. It just takes pipeline resources.

      Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

      Stop producing the dasd artifact for s390. Disable and then remove the related pipeline stages.
