Feature Overview

As a cluster-admin I use a single channel to select the update-paths from default/monthly/quarterly policies

Acceptance criteria

Add UX and cli changes to remove channel selection and allow selecting policy
Add monthly/weekly/quarterly policies for customers to get update-paths
