      Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

Cluster and node bootstrap is done during the one-time application of ignition. There are a number of scenarios where you might want to rollout new nodes which have a different storage/partition setup. Since the disk setup is only once per node, we should allow this to be changed, even though it can't be reconciled with the previous. There's no need for it to be reconciled with previously deployed machines.

      Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

Customers can deploy nodes to existing pools with a different disk profile.
