      Outcome Overview

A customer no longer has to have a running cluster in order to reason about operator-based offerings Red Hat provides for OpenShift.

      Success Criteria

      • all Red Hat operators have a listing on catalog.redhat.com
      • Red Hat operators are easy to discover on catalog.redhat.com
      • Users can intuitively search and filter through the Red Hat operator collection at catalog.redhat.com

      Expected Results (what, how, when)

Customers can rely on catalog.redhat.com to be the canonical source of truth for the software we make available to them. It's a tablestake requirement to convey the investment and quality of our catalog content. As a result, we see increased adoption of operator-based extensions and fewer support inquiries about missing operators.
