      Rename OpenShift update channels:

      • candidate: no change
      • Fast channel gets renamed to "ga"
      • Stable channel gets renamed to "fleet-approved"
      • eus channel: will be the only channel which receives z-stream updates beyond 18 months
      • all channels offer multiple version updates within OpenShift's allowable Kubelet version skew for that version
