Goal

The goal is to "shift-left" SNO CI testing. Shift-left in this context means to leverage the prior art from Telco with regards to SNO testing and migrate it into OCP CI in cases where it makes sense and is feasible.

Benefit Hypothesis:

Regressions specific to Telco kernel-rt use cases will be detected earlier.

2. runs regressions tests against that SNO on baremetal hw
3. have informing CI tests giving at least sprintly signal on potential rt regressions
