      Goal

      Achieve CI stability so that we get a release block job to avoid other team's changes breaking MicroShift

      Benefit Hypothesis:

      We believe that the result of doing this work will keep MicroShift maintainable and more flexible to changes, while enhancing stability and quality.

      Success Criteria

      release blocking CI job established and maintained.
