Implement a robust MachineHealthCheck (MHC) system for HyperShift to effectively manage and recover unhealthy nodes in hosted clusters, particularly for Baremetal machines using the Agent provider. This involves overcoming the current challenges in MHC CR creation and node cleaning, and establishing clear criteria for unhealthy machines.
