      Goal

Transition LVMS build chain to new Konflux build system to reduce overhead and simplify build process. Goal is to complete this process in 2024, hence this is expected to be a multi-release initiative over V4.16 -> 4.18.

      Benefit Hypothesis:

From engineering perspective, LVMS CPaaS Efforts are likely 80% of our release work and would significantly benefit from a migration to Konflux.
We expect a lot of our build/rebase pains could be alleviated by migrating to this new build style.

      Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the engineering team to work with the Konflux team through their inboarding process.

      Success Criteria

LVMS V4.18 released via Konflux pipeline, CPaaS pipelines disabled.
