      Outcome Overview

With the integration of this feature, OpenShift's HyperShift environment will be adapted to enable x86 control plane to effectively operate with both IBM Power and IBM Z compute nodes. This represents an important step in infrastructure versatility. It offers clients customized solutions that cater to diverse and specific infrastructure requirements.

      Success Criteria

The strategic outcome will be considered successful when:

      1. The x86 control plane is seamlessly integrated with both IBM Power and IBM Z compute nodes.
      2. Customer feedback from those utilizing this hybrid architecture is positive, there is demand for this setup.
      3. The feature does not negatively affect other OpenShift/HCP products and versions, ensuring  interoperability within the OpenShift ecosystem.
      4. Documentation is available on docs.openshift.com, assisting users in implementing and managing this hybrid setup.

      Expected Results (what, how, when)

What incremental impact do you expect to create toward the company's Strategic Goals by delivering this outcome?  (possible examples:  unblocking sales, shifts in product metrics, etc. provide links to metrics that will be used post-completion for review & pivot decisions). {}For each expected result, list +what you will measure and when you will measure it (ex. provide links to existing information or metrics that will be used post-completion for review and specify when you will review the measurement such as 60 days after the work is complete)

Post Completion Review – Actual Results

After completing the work (as determined by the "when" in Expected Results above), list the actual results observed / measured during Post Completion review(s).
