Background

Currently in console list views there is limited search capability to locate specific data.
These are the available search tools:

• Users can use a dropdown and input field to search by Name and/or Label.
• An optional filtering dropdown that allows users to search by Resources types, statuses, etc.

Goal 

Add the enhancements to current tools that let our engineers customize search criteria based on the specific list view. Options could include data from table columns that could be combined as a string. 

Example 
A user trying to search in the netflow traffic table may want to search across multiple columns like source AND destination pods/namespaces/IPs/etc.
