Goal: Deliver insights from telemetry for OLM managed workload operators, both via real time Graffana dashboards and also historical week to week metrics via Tableau.

Benefit hypothesis: Internal BU/Engineering teams are using insights/metrics from telemetry to drive important customer assessments at the core OCP level.  Workload operator stakeholders are looking to gain similar benefits for OLM managed operators.

Why is this important: Workload operator teams are looking at doing workload promotion for the edge for preview, fast, stable similar to core OCP.  Detailed metrics in telemetry drive insight into when an operator should be promoted or pulled back if issues arise.  We are also looking for greater insights into combinations of workload operators driving increased cluster usage at customers and better overall experiences when using OCP.

Acceptance criteria:

• Additional telemetry graphs/widgets are delivered via Graffana as required by the BU/Engineering teams
• Insight is provided for failing operators in customer deployments
• Upgrade considerations are provided
• Week to week historical metrics are provided
• Top 25 operator deployments are aggregated and compared
• Advanced data science insights are evaluated along with suggestions for potential improvements to insight aggregation tooling
