Machine API Telemetry

Feature Overview
It's important to be able to expose telemetry and metrics that all view of what features are being used and by what customer. This not only helps quantify if a feature is a success but also aids when analysing customer issues or problems. With the Machine API we need to start to understand what and how the interface is being used.
