Title: Using Openshift 4.5 IPI on Vsphere in this airgapped/restricted network environment

Detail:

 My customer ING would like to use IPI installs on Vsphere in an airgapped environment. Currently (as of 4.5) I see no way to complete this install.

We need a documented way of providing an alternate path to pull the coreos images from, just like there is for container images.

I also see no documentation in the official OCP 4.5 docs about using IPI in a disconnected form apart from how to create a mirrored registry?

Please can we review these points?
