Description
The Descheduler operator should allow configuration of the PodLifetime, for profiles that enable that strategy (ie LifecycleAndUtilization). The current default of 24h is unfit for many production use cases. It may be worth seeking customer input on specific values which would be useful for them.
This could be implemented as either several new profiles each with hardcoded values of different magnitude (for example, "ShortPodLifetime - 30min", "MediumPodLifetime - 24h", "LongPodLifetime - 7d"), or simply exposed as an integer option in the operator CRD
