Usecase
As part of the OSasInfra DFG, we would like to have more information about how the customer uses the IPI Installer, features enabled or disabled specifically for OCP on OSP, as well as what services and configurations typically used to better understand ShiftonStack customer needs.
Problem:
OpenStack is an "infinitely configurable" platform. Because of its flexibility, it can be difficult to know what OSP services the customer opts to install, how they configure and deploy OSP, and the size/scale of their clusters.
Why is this important:
If we had this information, we could better plan our features to meet customer needs and prioritize certain features based on demand.

NOTE: we will like have to Spike on what types of metrics we want to collect for our needs and how to properly collect and send back data. We may also want to construct dashboards to help us visualize this information. We may also want to spike on whether this information may be useful to operators/admin.
