Epic Goal
- Red Hat disconnected process doesn't work for Customers who want to control which internal registries are accessible via 'policy.json'. Source registry can be referenced in general as redirected by mirror registry via standard 'ImageContentSourcePolicy' object. But, source registry cannot be referenced if customer has default reject policy and source registry isn't specified under allowedRegistries in 'image.config.openshift.io/cluster' CR.
