1. Proposed title of this feature request:
   Enable mirrors defined by ImageContentSourcePolicy to use project-local pull request
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
   Currently only cluster-wide pull secret can be used when ImageContentSourcePolicy is in action for accessing mirror registries.
   A mechanism allowing configuration and usage of project-specific mirror registry credentials is needed.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
   If customer wants to access secured mirror registry, they can't distinguish different OCP users and can't limit registry access privileges for different users. This makes impossible building a mirroring for user applications in multi tenant environment.
4. List any affected packages or components.
