      Goal 

      Today, HyperShift makes use of MCO's bootstrap mode to generate the ignition payload which would be then served via a dedicated ignition server. 

      However, the MCO's bootstrap mode is missing two important configuration inputs, that is 1) KubelectConfiguration, 2) RuntimeConfiguration. These two need to be configured as inputs in HyperShift's NodePool resource.
