Customers have requested the ability to have multiple credentials for a registry. This would allow authentication to happen per registry path, ie: quay.io/openshift and quay.io/fred.

This feature is configured via secrets and the following documentation. Multiple repositories would be allowed in the form: quay.io/openshift and quay.io/fred. cri-o will be changed seamlessly to provide the correct credential. Documentation changes should be minimal.
