DRAPartitionableDevices downstream featuregate changes to the openshift/api are merged[1]
Following is the openshift/origin PR[2] that tests basic DRA APIs on an NVIDIA GPU

As part of this user story:

• We should have some e2e tests that enable the downstream DRAPartitionableDevices featuregate following the above framework in openshift/origin repo
• We should also have a CI job that runs on NVIDIA-H100 that tests the above test cases periodically (may be once in 2 weeks) being mindful of the cost of HW
