Description

This epic tracks the activities needed for Node QE automation migration. Currently QE automation include cucushift automated cases and golang automated cases. We need review these cases and deprecate the ones out of date.

Also we need go through the Dev cases including upstream and origin cases. Then we compare the QE refined cases with the Dev cases to remove the duplication and get the final QE migrated cases.

For the final QE migrated cases, we will re-code them in openshift origin repo step by step to facilitate maintenance and keep consistency in code style
