Based on the review comments[1] received for the following issue that is created to address an issue with extra scheduling cycles, it is required to also perform some benchmarking to check if the new cache implementation is really required

Perform benchmark testing for the old code vs new code that can decide if the DRA extended resources KEP benefits from the global cache

Document the outcome of the bench-marking results
