This is to verify if enabling this DRAExtendedResource featuregate disrupts the existing workloads that use device-plugins.

• Create a cluster that uses a device-plugin on one of the nodes to allocate the GPUs
• Install a DRA driver to support the DRAExtendedResource feature on the other node
• Verify if the cluster becomes unstable
