The following scenarios need testing for project-scoped image pull secrets for mirrored registry:

1)Admin can do mirror configuration by ICSP, IDMS and ITMS correctly

2)Pod referencing mirrored images that configured in ICSP/IDMS/ITMS can pull image successfully when using a project-scoped imagePullSecret

3)verify the project-scoped imagePullSecrets are applied with priority over the global pull secrets if both are present for the same registry.

4)verify the existing functionality of ICSP, IDMS, and ITMS with global pull secrets remain unaffected.
