There have been many changes to the makefile and the way how the operator is getting deployed.
Get the CI working based on the latest changes present in the next branch of instaslice-operator
pj-rehearse job runs(for example[1]) for the existing PR[2] to enable the ci/presubmits for the "next" branch of the instaslice-operator are failing with the following errors while applying the CSV yaml

Recently closed a PR[4] to update the existing CI jobs based on the changes made so far to accommodate the new changes
