The existing CI job depends on the konflux built images and has limitations in picking up the right code base for testing the PR changes as per the discussion[1]

This story is to modify the existing CI job in openshift/release[2] to run e2e tests on the real hardware that runs on prow without dependencies on the konflux built images.

Also fix the broken ocp-deploy[3]
