Goal:

• Add a periodic job in CI with a new e2e test that validates Nvidia DRA driver 

Why:

• OpenShift customer will use Nvidia DRA driver to run AI workload, this test will give us confidence that DRA works end to end with Nvidia driver 

Scope:

• release 4.20 ( v1.34)

Acceptance Criteria:

• the e2e test passes
