Epic Goal
- Set system-reserved-compressible in OCP
Why is this important?
- Compressible resources support for system reserved in OCP would allow better cpu allocation for system reserved processes. This is especially useful for customers with large number of CPUs per node, as the effect of not setting it leads to inadequate CPU allocation for system reserved.
- The issue is exacerbated on cgroups v1.
