This story is to track the CI jobs that need to be added to test `ClusterImagePolicy` and `ImagePolicy` API.

The tests should cover all supported configuration. e.g

testing the verification coordinates configs from image.config.openshift.io/cluster: support scopes from allowedRegistries (https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6958257)
