This story tracks to work needed to add an e2e job in prow CI. Prow CI is important for us in the long run because it can use IBM Cloud where we have an account for GPU provisioning.

This is not a blocking story for dev preview. If it spills beyond the dev preview release date, it should be moved to tech preview.
