Debug OpenShift CI failures after enabling Graceful Node Shutdown

      The PR[1] by Ryan enables the GracefulNodeShutdown feature in the Openshift.

      However, some of the CI jobs are failing/timing out while running e2e tests.

      This spike is to track the RCA of the CI failures for the MCO PR.
