The customer will have the use case to add 100,000 entries to registries.conf by creating 100,000 ImageContentSourcePolicy or ImageDigestMirrorSet CRs.

As an openshift developer, I want to scale test how many (registry, mirror) mapping entries in the registries.conf are supported by crio through containers/image, with the result from ~~MCO-777~~, I can provide the customer with a reasonable number of limit.
