    Description

      1. Feature Gate code to support Evented PLEG was merged as part of this PR 
      2. Due to some of the CI jobs failures, the above feature has been disabled

      3. Created draft PRs in openshift/api, openshift/cluster-config-operator repositories to debug the failures

      The issue in enabling evented pleg that causes the CI test job failures needs to be root-caused and debugged.
