Execute required tests on release candidate per env

      We need to execute our required tests on the release candidate.  This should be run on each required environment.  New release candidates will require a new execution of the tests.  Whether automated or manual, the test results should be captured in this (these) stories.  The story could be split up for each environment if necessary
