Goal

• Attach a label to the PV that contains the name of the node it belongs to, so that users can easily determine which node the workload belongs to.

Scenarios

1. upon creation of a PV, attach a label `kubernetes.io/hostname` which containts the name of the host where the PV (i.e. LVM LV) is located at.
