      As a QE engineer I want to setup testing infrastructure and define test coverage for the Two Node with Arbiter topology, so that I can ensure the tech preview release 

      • Behaves as described in the enhancement proposal
      • Is supported by the OCP installer(s)
      • Supports core OCP functionality
      • Can easily be regression tested (nightly, y-stream and z-stream)
      • Is highly available and can be recovered in a disaster scenario
      • Meets scaling, performance and reliability KPIs
      • Has end user friendly documentation
