      CAPI Installer from release 4.Y must be able to check release manifests from 4.Y+1. If any installed, unmanaged CRD is not compatible with 4.Y+1, we must prevent upgrade.

      This requires both the technical implementation of this check, and also a mechanism to make 4.Y+1 manifests available in 4.Y.
