This includes two things:
- Current CAPI installer controller gets replaced by two separate controllers:
- The (New) Installer controller
- Reads the output of the revision controller and installs things (using an existing library called boxcutter)
- Input well formed, most of the heavy lifting is offloaded to the library
- This does clean up of old manifests/objects not required anymore
- Still some unknowns related to boxcutter
