• As an OCP engineer I would like to squash related commits to carry in the cloud-provider-aws repository, so we can clean the carry commits in the rebase process to make the feature together.

While development OTE on 4.21 dev cycle we needed to carry two commits:

• 7b90bde1fef00eb1ac306707f985030789c0fe47  (from https://github.com/openshift/cloud-provider-aws/pull/117 )
• aeccc0fdb6b6ac52318ac79708aba168ffb4e6d5 (from https://github.com/openshift/cloud-provider-aws/pull/121 )
• https://github.com/openshift/cloud-provider-aws/pull/122 

To clean carry commits, it would be nice to squash  aeccc0fdb6b6ac52318ac79708aba168ffb4e6d5 into  7b90bde1fef00eb1ac306707f985030789c0fe47
