Epic Goal
To establish a unified, maintainable, and efficient automation strategy within the Cluster Infra team by aligning on tools, practices, and test structure, and deprecating legacy or redundant cases.
Why is this important? (mandatory)

- Reduce redundancy and technical debt
- Align the team on a common approach to automation
- Increase efficiency in test execution and development
- Enable faster onboarding and better collaboration within the team
