      User Story:

As a user, I want to be able to:

      • Allow Control Plane Machine Sets to specify multiple Subnets

      so that I can achieve

      • One Nat Gateway per Availability Zone
      • One Subnet per Availability Zone
      • Multiple Subnets in multiple Availability Zones

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • The ability to specify multiple Subnets

This requires/does not require a design proposal.
This requires/does not require a feature gate.
