Since we need to store manifests in the provider repositories, but still modify them in the cluster-capi-operator. To be able to move them between the repostories, we might be able to use configmaps in the payload to then be able to apply them within the operator.

• Investigate using configmaps to transport manifests between repos
• Investigate what updating the configmaps will look like
• Investigate how to remove resources should we ever need to
