      1. Proposed title of this feature request
Add new Azure instance types to the official "tested/supported" list

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Add the following instance types to azure_instance_types list[a]:

      • Standard_D8s_v5
      • Standard_E8s_v5
      • Standard_E16s_v5
The above mentioned instance types are not yet officially tested/supported.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
My customer relies on tested/supported components. While the (yet missing) "v5" instance types seem to be very similar to the (already available) "v4" instance types, they are not yet officially tested/supported.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
Required instance types, not yet officially tested/supported:

      • Standard_D8s_v5
      • Standard_E8s_v5
      • Standard_E16s_v5

The related v4 instance types are already available[a] - I suspect adding the mentioned v5 instance types is a minor update:

      • Standard_D8s_v4
      • Standard_E8s_v4
      • Standard_E16s_v4
