Background

Once the feature is merged, we want to enable the Azure boot diagnostics for all workers in Azure. This will enable us to get more information when the VMs fail to boot and will help the TRT team to diagnose issues.

Steps

• Update the gather step for serial logs to include worker machines as well
• Update the azure install to configure the new boot diagnostics fields
